Each CoreTrack class will equip you to live out the Gospel of grace throughout various stages of your life and spiritual journey. Anyone wishing to become an ordained minister through the The Oasis Network for Churches will complete all CoreTrack courses as part of his/her ministry plan.
+ WHAT IS 101? This course is a basic introduction to the ministry of Oasis. It will help you understand our core beliefs and also set you on a path to becoming established in what God says about you!
Participants who complete Oasis 101 become members of Oasis and are asked to consider serving in one of a wide variety of Level 1 Opportunities, not only at our campus church, Oasis Granger, but also within our parent organization, The Oasis Network For Churches.
+ PREREQUISITES: This class is open to anyone who professes to be a believer in Christ.
+ WHAT IS 201? Oasis 201 is for believers who feel empowered to move beyond being a Christian “consumer”, and are ready to become disciple-makers!
Traditionally named as “deacons” in 1 Timothy 3, students who complete Oasis 201 will learn how to “make disciples of all nations” by applying Jesus’ leadership principles of multiplication in his/her Christian walk.
Students who complete Oasis 201 may be asked to serve as a Ministry Team Leader at Oasis Church, or within our parent organization, The Oasis Network For Churches.
+ PREREQUISITES: This class is open to anyone who has completed Oasis 101, and has been given a recommendation by a team leader, department manager, staff member or pastor to enroll.
+ WHAT IS 301? This course is designed for those who feel a special calling on their lives to become a church “elder”. As outlined in 1 Timothy 3, an elder is first is made known to the church by his or her desire to serve in such a capacity.
In this course, you will learn a leadership model that not only builds people without control or manipulation, but expands on the knowledge you gained in Oasis 201 in order to make you a “Discipler CEO.”
Students who enroll in Oasis 301 (either for personal development or to complete the prerequisites for becoming an ordained minister through The Oasis Network For Churches), will be asked to serve in the capacity of a Department Leader upon completion of the course.
+ PREREQUISITES: This class is open to anyone who has completed Oasis 201, received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and has been given a recommendation by a department leader or other staff member to enroll.
+ WHAT IS 401? This course is designed for the serious student who feels a special calling on his/her life to become a “five-fold ministry” church leader as outlined in Ephesians 4.
In this course, you will become an expert at grace-based leadership as you complete the highest level of training in the Maximum CEO system – “Ultimate CEO”. The Oasis 401 graduate will be prepared to take the Gospel of grace to the world as (s)he learns to how to serve the global church in the capacity of pastor, teacher, prophet, evangelist, or apostle.
After completion of their coursework, Oasis 401 graduates will be asked to serve as a Ministry Director for any one of our campus churches, or within The Oasis Network For Churches.
+ PREREQUISITES: This class is open to anyone who has completed Oasis 301, and has been given a recommendation from a pastoral staff member or board member to enroll.
Whether you join a group with others who have similar interests as you through our "Interest Groups", learn from your favorite author in our "Book Study" groups, dig into sermons from the previous Sunday in our "Sermon Rewind" groups, or uncover the Gospel of grace in our "Bible Study" groups, LifeTrack will connect you with a close-knit group people that you can do life with within our larger Oasis Church community!
+ WHAT IS AN INTEREST GROUP?
Interest groups are designed create a fun atmosphere where people can fellowship around a common interest.
Do you have a special skill or hobby you’d like to participate in with others? Then an interest group may be just the perfect group for you!
+ WHAT ARE BOOK STUDIES?
Book study groups meet for the purpose of discussing books by well-known authors, special topics, or current events that affect the life of the believer.
Book study groups will require the purchase of the book being read and may involve weekly study guide questions developed by the group leader.
+ WHAT IS SERMON REWIND?
Sermon Rewind groups will review the notes from the previous Sunday’s sermon to gain deeper understanding regarding the topic in the current teaching series.
If you miss the Sunday sermon, no problem! Listen to the uploaded podcast and review the sermon notes (both available on the Oasis app) and come prepared to ask questions.
+ WHAT ARE BIBLE STUDIES?
Bible study groups meet to discuss specific stories, books, topics and authors of the Bible.
All Bible study groups will evaluate Bible passages through the lens of the “finished work” of Jesus. Complex, or difficult passages, will be interpreted in light of God’s good nature toward his children and the righteousness of the believer.
Group leaders may assign additional supplemental resources that coincide with the topic being discussed
Through our personal relationships with people like Andrew Wommack, Dr. Jim Richards, and the pastoral staff at New Creation Church, Singapore, you'll gain a unique "insiders" understanding of how grace is impacting the world through these powerful books, bible studies, and teaching resources.
+ WHAT ARE D1 CLASSES?
D1 Classes are selected and designed with the “novice” grace student in mind. Whether you’re a brand-new believer, new to the message of grace, new to church, or any other combination of “new”, D1 Classes will provide you with an unshakeable foundation for your faith.
+ PREREQUISITES: D1 Classes are open to anyone.
+ WHAT ARE D2 CLASSES?
D2 Classes build on the foundations established in D1, with the goal of aiding the believer in applying the spiritual truths he is learning for life transformation.
D2 classes will help you take the next steps not only in deepening your understanding of the Gospel, but also in strengthening you to walk in the power that’s been made available to you in the Holy Spirit.
+ PREREQUISITES: D2 classes are open to anyone who has completed Oasis 101, and received a recommendation from a team leader, department manager, staff member or pastor to enroll. (Some D2 classes have additional D1 class pre-requisites.)
+ WHAT ARE D3 CLASSES?
D3 classes are specially designed to prepare individuals for a life of ministry. As such, they maintain a strong focus on applying biblical knowledge in a real-world ministry setting.
Some D3 classes also act as supplemental elective coursework for anyone wishing to become an ordained minister through the The Oasis Network for Churches.
+ PREREQUISITES: D3 classes are open to anyone who has completed Oasis 201, received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and has been given a recommendation by a department leader or other staff member to enroll. (Some D3 classes have additional D2 class pre-requisites.)
+ WHAT ARE D4 CLASSES?
D4 classes are developed with the “minister” in mind and are geared to help those in the highest level of church leadership excel at leading the way Jesus led.
As a result, D4 classes will challenge the minister’s capacity to apply “grace” in a variety of different settings including to oneself, those in bondage to negative heart beliefs, and others wanting to be discipled within the Oasis leadership training modules.
